"My computer crashed, literally. My husband had just heard about Angie's List on the radio, so we decided to give it a try. We found Tim with Wit's End Consulting and I am thankful to this day for Tim! He came out the same day I called and within minutes found that the power supply had failed because the fan was broken. Since the computer was 5 years old, we made the decision to buy a new system. Tim used his contact at the manufacturer to get us a great computer (better deal than if we had just called as "regular people"). Before he delivered the computer to our house, he removed all the irritating programs and stuff installed by the manufacturer. He set everything up (yep, even crawling under the desk and organizing the mess of wires) and even helped facilitate phone calls to internet service to discuss internet speed and options. As it turned out, we also had to purchase a new router (which Tim picked up for us since he knew the best product to buy). We ended up switching to cable and when the technician was in the house setting everything up, he had several questions for us. Tim was so gracious with his time and took time to talk to us and the tech on the weekend, just to make sure everything was done to facilitate the best situation for us. Now, I have a beautiful new computer, faster than ever with tons of memory. Tim set up our home network and took care of problems so that our systems run beautifully and much more efficiently. Tim is patient (always willing to explain things repeatedly) and works without an ego. He truly cares for his clients and wants them to have the best possible outcome. He helps with the simplest of problems to the most complex. He is punctual, courteous and his knowledge of computer technology is second to none."

"My laptop crashed and even though I am computer literate, I couldn't fix it myself. I found Tim on Angie's List and he came to pick up my laptop to see if the data could be recovered. Tim did everything he could to recover my data, but the hard drive was torched. We were in the market for a new computer, so we had Tim custom build a desktop for us to our specifications. He offered to replace the hard drive on the laptop, but we chose to have a new computer built instead. Since we ordered a new computer, he did not charge us for examining the laptop. He listened to our needs and what we wanted in a computer for our purposes. His price was reasonable, he made solid recommendations and delivered and installed a custom desktop in a very reasonable amount of time. Because of my experience and knowledge of computers, I know Tim didn't try to oversell or rip us off.

He arrived at our home with the computer ready to go. All that needed to be done was to connect the monitor. All anti-spyware, anti-virus and other programs were already installed. He even installed my printer software. I was up and running in less than an hour. Another bonus is the computer did not come loaded with all the useless programs received with a store bought computer. Tim is professional, reliable and returns calls in a timely fashion. He answers any and all questions and is very helpful. If I am stuck anytime in the future, I will call Tim knowing that I will get the most useful help. I highly recommend him for any computer repair or custom built computer."
